West Valley Properties adds value through expert asset and property management services as well as our experience in organizing complex transactions involving multiple owners. Since its inception, West Valley Properties has led the acquisition and management of more than 85 office, retail, multi-family and R&D properties.  West Valley Properties currently is the Managing Member or General Partner for entities controlling more than 20 properties.
